Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests confidently, using expert product knowledge to guide purchase decisions and build lasting client relationships.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, suggest add‑on items and demonstrate multiple ways to wear key pieces.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, upselling and proactive clientelling across in‑store and virtual channels.
  • Operate POS, manage transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience while maintaining operational standards on the sales floor.
  • Maintain visual standards and stockroom organisation, including merchandise replenishment and inventory handling.
  • Adapt to omni-channel selling tools and assist customers via virtual/remote appointments and social platforms.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Openness to learn omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques and to engage with brand social media initiatives.
  • English proficiency (or local market language proficiency).

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required, ideally within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail with a track record of delivering sales and high-quality customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail, or visual merchandising is a plus.
