Kate Spade New York seeks a Part-Time Temporary Stylist in Edmonton, Alberta to deliver personalized styling and consultative retail service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating exceptional product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, consultative checkout experience
  • Reinforce customer choices and cultivate brand loyalty by inviting repeat patronage
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
  • Develop and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury or fashion
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to establish effective relationships
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 15.50 to CAD 20 per hour.
