Kate Spade Stylist (Part-Time) in Edmonton, Alberta—assist customers with product selection, styling, and personalized fashion guidance in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
- Provide tailored styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products creatively and encourage customers to explore new styles and possibilities
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, professional checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, compelling storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Develop proficiency in omnichannel and virtual selling techniques to meet evolving customer expectations
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional and collaborative manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment demonstrating customer service excellence

- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasonal periods, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
