Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating extensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete coordinated looks

- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, professional checkout experience
