Kate Spade New York is hiring a Part-Time Stylist in Eagan, Minnesota. Assist customers with personalized styling advice and drive sales in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and maintain brand loyalty
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
  • Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
  • Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with strong professional selling skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
  • English proficiency or local language proficiency per market
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, public holidays, and busy retail periods

Experience
