Kate Spade New York Stylist position in Eagan, Minnesota. Part-time retail sales and styling role with $15–$19.50/hr pay and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs through insightful questioning and provide tailored styling recommendations
- Create complete looks and suggest coordinating products to enhance customer purchases
- Guide customers through the decision-making process and ensure smooth checkout experiences
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques as needed
- Give and receive constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Regularly lift and move merchandise (25–50 lbs) on the sales floor and in the stockroom
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team
- English proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays as required

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience with fashion or luxury goods styling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal degree required.

The successful candidate will be located in Eagan, Minnesota, USA, with easy access to Minneapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
