Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return
- Drive sales through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment or customer-facing role
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English or local market language
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Demonstrated expertise in customer engagement, styling consultation, and sales within luxury fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college or retail training experience is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
