Kate Spade Stylist position in Destin, Florida—part-time temporary retail role offering competitive hourly pay ($15–$19.50) and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer lifestyle needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest coordinating products to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and incorporate products, encouraging customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization and accurate POS transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days
