Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide comprehensive styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using point-of-sale systems
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transaction accuracy
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building long-term relationships
- Demonstrate flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment, with demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive sales through professional interpersonal skills. Experience with omni-channel retail environments and familiarity with social media is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

This position is based in Destin, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Panama City.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
