Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their personal style preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks that reflect the Kate Spade aesthetic
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative storytelling
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and create an inviting environment that encourages repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and accurate POS transactions

Qualifications
