Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience at the point-of-sale
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and POS transaction accuracy
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting return visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through compelling storytelling and authentic customer connections
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak retail periods including public holidays
