Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, cultivating loyalty and repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and execute omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional, collaborative manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong product knowledge and brand affinity
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling acumen and comfort with customer-facing roles in a fast-paced setting.
