Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
• Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experience
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and point-of-sale transactions
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Kate Spade brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections
• Actively engage customers through omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• Give and receive constructive feedback to continuously improve performance and customer experience

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience working in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn digital sales techniques
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods as required
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
• English language proficiency (or local market language proficiency as applicable)

Experience

Prior experience in a retail selling environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate proven ability to engage customers, build rapport, and drive sales through authentic connections and brand storytelling.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in fashion, merchandising, or business is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
