The Stylist advises customers on products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle, helping them discover and express personal style while integrating Kate Spade pieces into their wardrobes. The role combines styling, sales and store operations, including customer engagement, POS transactions and stockroom organization; it is a temporary, part-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Listen actively and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons and create complete looks.
• Show customers creative ways to wear products and encourage them to explore new styles.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, encouraging return visits.
• Drive results through strong customer connections and storytelling.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Kate Spade and product attributes across all categories.
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency or proficiency in the local language, depending on the market.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
