Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and storytelling to encourage customer exploration
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and consultative selling approaches
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and POS transactions
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, collaborative manner

Qualifications

  • Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail sales or customer service environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn complex product details quickly
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
