Kate Spade Stylist position in Cypress, Texas. Part-time retail styling role at Houston Premium Outlets, $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and storytelling to encourage customer exploration
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and consultative selling approaches
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, collaborative manner
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail sales or customer service environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn complex product details quickly
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays

Prior retail experience is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of building strong customer relationships, driving sales through consultative approaches, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
Education
