Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating exceptional product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand preferences and lifestyle
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create cohesive complete looks
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and combinations
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
• Reinforce customer choices and celebrate their selections to encourage future visits and brand loyalty
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections, authentic brand storytelling, and consultative selling
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Develop and demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across all merchandise categories
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support continuous improvement
• Support omni-channel retail operations and adapt to virtual or social media selling techniques as needed
• Perform physical tasks including lifting merchandise (up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally), climbing, bending, kneeling, and navigating sales floor and stockroom areas

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience working in a retail environment
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English language proficiency
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and retail holidays
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in fashion, merchandising, or related fields is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
