Temporary Stylist at Kate Spade New York, Cypress TX. $15–$19.50/hr. Assist customers with styling and product selection in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to wear items
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Communicate openly and receive feedback in a constructive manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly understand brand attributes across multiple categories
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
