Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge
- Actively listen to customer needs through insightful questioning and identify styling opportunities
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles creatively
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization and POS transactions
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Give and receive feedback constructively and honestly with team members
- Work flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English (or local language proficiency as required by market)
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or customer service experience in a professional environment is required. Experience in luxury goods or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; retail training or customer service certification is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
