Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles using creativity
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions

Qualifications
