Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their styling needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling product storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and point-of-sale transactions
- Develop social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to support business needs during peak seasons and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays as business requires

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment with demonstrated success in customer engagement and sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
