Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating strong product knowledge and brand understanding
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and create complete looks showcasing multiple ways to wear products
- Suggest complementary add-ons and encourage customers to explore new styles and products
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, consultative checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and brand advocacy
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building lasting relationships
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Actively participate in team collaboration and give and receive constructive feedback
- Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated professional selling skills and customer-facing experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
