Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to identify customer style preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create cohesive looks that encourage multiple purchases
- Showcase creative ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes and expand their style exploration
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, welcoming checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, compelling brand storytelling, and omnichannel selling awareness
- Maintain stockroom organization, merchandise displays, and point-of-sale transaction accuracy
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional, collaborative manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods as needed
