Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return
  • Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
  • Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner
  • Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior retail experience required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Fluency in English (or local language proficiency per market)
  • Flexibility to work a schedule accommodating nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
