Kate Spade New York Temporary Stylist, Chesterfield, Missouri—$15–$19.25/hr. Part-time retail role combining styling consultation, sales, and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and demonstrate strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and styling preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner
- Work flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and busy seasonal periods
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English proficiency
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
