Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest product add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to build loyalty and encourage repeat visits
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep knowledge of brand heritage and product attributes
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and store cleanliness
  • Support omnichannel selling initiatives, including social media awareness and virtual selling techniques
  • Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to continuously improve performance

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
