Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
• Showcase multiple ways to wear products creatively and encourage customers to explore new styles and aesthetic possibilities
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, elevated checkout experience
• Reinforce customer choices and build brand loyalty by inviting repeat visits
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Demonstrate mastery of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across all merchandise categories
• Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional and collaborative manner

Qualifications

• Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience working in a retail or luxury retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively within a team
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English language proficiency
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or customer-facing advisory roles is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, candidates with demonstrated retail excellence and strong communication skills may be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
