Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle needs
• Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade products
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to encourage return visits and build brand loyalty
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and authentic storytelling about the brand
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and inventory management
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support continuous improvement
• Demonstrate awareness of social media and omnichannel selling opportunities
• Comply with flexible scheduling requirements including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail days

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
• English language proficiency
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
• Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods
