Kate Spade New York Stylist in Charlotte, NC – Part-time temporary retail associate providing personalized customer styling and sales support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and inventory management
- Multitask effectively during high-traffic retail periods, prioritizing customer service and sales objectives
- Work collaboratively with team members and give/receive constructive feedback
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
