Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor categories
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and transaction accuracy
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return and building brand loyalty
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Support omni-channel and virtual selling techniques while leveraging social media awareness

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• English proficiency or local language proficiency per market

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in luxury retail, fashion styling, or customer-facing sales roles is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
