Kate Spade New York Stylist part-time position in Chandler, Arizona; $15–$19.50/hr with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating deep knowledge of Kate Spade brand heritage and product attributes across all categories
- Actively listen to customer needs, ask insightful follow-up questions, and provide tailored styling advice and add-on suggestions
- Create complete looks by showcasing multiple ways to wear products and encouraging customers to explore new styles with creativity
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, visual presentation, and inventory management
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to build brand loyalty and encourage repeat visits
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner and contribute collaboratively to team success
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience with proven professional selling skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Fluency in English (or local language proficiency as required by market)
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment; professional selling experience with strong track record of customer engagement and relationship-building.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no formal post-secondary education required.
