Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs. consistently; up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in English or local market language
- Flexibility to work retail hours including nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping seasons
- Ability to lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (25–50 lbs.)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and work on sales floor and in stockroom
