Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create cohesive complete looks that encourage customer exploration
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products through creative presentation and storytelling
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, effective storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Support omnichannel and virtual selling initiatives while maintaining social media awareness
- Provide and receive honest, constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Willingness to learn and adapt to omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English (or local language proficiency as required by market)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required, with demonstrated ability to engage customers professionally and execute sales transactions.
