Kate Spade New York Stylist position in Castle Rock, Colorado. Temporary part-time retail role $15.00–$24.25/hr with benefits including health insurance and paid leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles with creativity
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English or local market language
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
