Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences
- Provide sophisticated styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that encourage exploration
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout transactions
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale proficiency
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Work collaboratively with team members and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a collaborative team setting
- Awareness of social media trends and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, equivalent retail experience may be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
