Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that suit individual aesthetics
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building brand loyalty
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transaction accuracy
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
