Temporary Stylist – Part-Time at Kate Spade New York, Canutillo, Texas. Guide customers through personalized styling and create memorable shopping experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinated products, and create complete looks that encourage customer exploration
- Guide customers through purchase decisions while ensuring seamless point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization, inventory awareness, and sales floor management
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate purchases to encourage future store visits and loyalty
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Embrace omni-channel and virtual selling techniques while maintaining social media awareness
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Capacity to lift regularly up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs., with ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floors and stockrooms
