Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks tailored to each customer
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative merchandising
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return for future purchases
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and apply omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
