Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic and lifestyle needs
  • Provide personalized styling advice, recommend complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that resonate with customer preferences

  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting return visits
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
