Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete outfits that showcase multiple ways to wear Kate Spade pieces
- Use creativity and storytelling to encourage customers to explore new styles and expand their aesthetic perspective
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and build lasting relationships
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, deep brand knowledge, and demonstrated storytelling ability
- Maintain operational excellence including accurate POS transactions, stockroom organization, and inventory management

- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days
