Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete looks that encourage purchase
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and brand storytelling to inspire customers
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a smooth point-of-sale transaction experience
- Maintain stockroom organization and operational standards to support seamless customer experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Demonstrate proficiency with point-of-sale systems and omni-channel selling techniques
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- English language proficiency

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in luxury or lifestyle retail, customer styling, or fashion advisory is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail or customer service training is advantageous.
