Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that integrate with customers' existing wardrobes
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative presentation and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency in omnichannel selling techniques and social media awareness
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner within the team environment
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience required
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in customer-facing sales or styling roles within luxury or fashion retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal educational requirement specified.
