Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary products, and curate complete looks that enhance the customer experience
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, efficient checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English or local language as required by market
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver both sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays, and high-traffic retail days
