Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide tailored styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Demonstrate proficiency with point-of-sale systems and maintain organizational standards in stockroom and sales floor
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new products and collections
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner and contribute to team performance
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment

- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
