Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Stylist in Bluffton, SC. Assist customers with personalized styling and drive sales at Tanger Outlets Hilton Head.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that inspire purchase decisions
- Use creativity to showcase multiple styling approaches and encourage customers to explore new styles within their wardrobes
- Guide customers through the purchase process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support continuous improvement
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return for future visits
- Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
