Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to incorporate products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and build lasting relationships by inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through genuine customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including accurate POS transactions, stockroom organization, and inventory management
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, collaborative manner within the team environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English or local market language
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
