Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new aesthetics
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and building loyalty
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working varied schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Fluency in English (or local language proficiency as required by market)
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
