Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Temporary Stylist at Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora, Illinois to provide expert styling guidance and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and style preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks tailored to individual customers
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and encourage customers to explore new styling possibilities
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques as needed
- Provide and receive feedback constructively to support continuous improvement and team dynamics
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience demonstrating customer service excellence
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluent English proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
