Kate Spade New York Stylist, part-time temporary role at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets in Aurora, Ohio. $15.00–$19.50 hourly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and style preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and brand storytelling
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling skills with a proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
