Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless point-of-sale checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return and build brand loyalty
  • Drive sales results through genuine customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage, design philosophy, and product attributes across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and merchandise presentation

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle goods

  • Strong product knowledge development capability and willingness to become an expert on Kate Spade collections
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
