Kate Spade Stylist – Part-time temporary position in Atlanta, GA. Hourly retail role offering styling and sales responsibilities at Lenox Square Mall.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask thoughtful follow-up questions to understand and articulate customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and encourage customers to explore new styles and aesthetics
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, consultative checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, storytelling, and deep knowledge of brand heritage and product attributes
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Demonstrated social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates with background in fashion, luxury goods, or customer-facing roles are preferred.
